To obtain a Non-Lucrative Visa Spain, you need to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support self and your family, have a valid Passport, obtain Health insurance, provide a Medical certificate and a Criminal Record Check.
Following is a detailed breakdown of the requirements:
(a) Proof of Income:
You'll need to show that you have a regular monthly income of at least €2,400 (400% of the IPREM) for a single applicant or €28,800 annually.
(b) Additional Income:
For each family member, you need to demostrate an additional €600 monthly (100% of the IPREM) or €7,200 annually.
(a) Valid Passport:
A valid passport with alteast one year of validity
(b) Birth Certificate:
A copy of your Birth Certificate.
(c) Application Form:
You'll need to fill out the National Visa
Application form and the non-working residence application form.
(d) Photograph:
A recent passport-sized photograph.
Private Health Insurance
You'll need comprehensive health insurance from a Spanish insurance company.
Good Health
You'll need a Medical Certificate confirming you are in
good health and do not have any diseases that could be a threat to general public.
Criminal Record Certificate
You'll need to provide criminal record certificates
from all countries you've lived in for the past five years.
(a) Proof of Accomodation:
You may need to provide proof of where you will be living in Spain,
such as a rental agreement or property ownership document.
(b) Language Proficiency:
While not a strict requirement, demonstrating some Spanish language
skill can be beneficial, especially for long-term residency.
The IPREM (Indicador Publico de Renta de Efectos Multiples) is a benchmark income set by the Spanish Government.
If you are bringing family members with you, you'll need to provide additional documentation proving their relationship to you and demonstrating they meet the financial requirements.
Foreign documents may need to be translated into Spanish by an authorized translator and legalized.
This Residency Permit is for applicants interested in starting a Business in Spain. The Permit allows the applicant to legally work in a business venture and reside in Spain. You can apply with Your Spouse and dependent Children to obtain the Spanish Residency
This Permit is for applicants who wish to Retire in Spain Or for those who would rather conduct their business remotely. In this case, a proof of receiving a regular Income anywhere in the world is required.
The Business Activity could be through Corporate Dividends or Interest on Investments. Whereas the Permit does not allow the applicant to officially work in Spain, it can be applied with Spouse and dependent Children under the age of 18.
